Service terms

1. Variety of character rides is subject to availability.
2. Uniformed staff, electronic rides, and respective equipment will arrive 15 minutes prior to the commencement of the event at the venue of choice.
3. Kidodo rides operate best in safe, sheltered, and spacious environments with flat and hard surfaces.
4. Kidodo reserves all rights, at its discretion, to reject and/or withdraw its services at events and/or venues deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or derogatory to its image. Kidodo may use photography or videography footage taken at events for its own publicity purposes with the consent of the event organiser.
5. The event organiser and supervising adults are fully responsible for the overall safety and supervision of the children utilising the electronic rides.
6. The event organiser releases, discharges, and promises not to sue Kidodo Pte Ltd, doing business under its own name or any other name, and/or any of its owners, officers, employees, and agents, for any loss, liability, damages, or cost whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury (including death) to person or property of the organiser and those attending the event.
7. The company or person hiring services from Kidodo Pte Ltd assumes all responsibility and claims of any kind which could arise from the usage of Kidodo Pte Ltd's electronic rides.

Postponement / cancellation

In the event of unforeseen weather circumstances, kindly inform us at least 3 hours before the commencement of the event. The previous payment will be used as credit towards another date within 6 months of the original hiring date. No credit will be given if not informed at least 1.5 hours before the hired time, by email to kidodo.sg@gmail.com.

Payment terms

• A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
• The remaining 50% balance is payable on the day of the event, before it starts.
• All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and inclusive of GST.
